Good Stuff
I use this hot jerky seasoning for making both venison jerky and venison sticks. It has just enough fiery seasoning that gives the meat a mild heat which is enough to satisfy us.

Some like it hot and I'm one!
This is the second time I have ordered this seasoning. The amount of heat is perfect for my taste! In addition to the heat there is plenty of mouth watering flavor! Delicious 😋

Best hot and spicy marinade I've found. I use sliced tri-tip and sometimes shake a few extra red pepper flakes on top after I put them on the drying racks while still wet. Awesome product.

Best seasoning I have found
I have been using the hot jerky seasoning for 5+ years now. I have added a few ingredients over the years but I always come back to this seasoning for a baseline.
