LEM's Jerky Mixes
If you like traditional jerky flavor it's your go to jerky mix. But if you want to kick it up a few notches try the other different jerky mixes that LEM has to offer. The hickory mix is real good, but so far my favorite is the mesquite jerky mix, but to be fair I have not tried any of the other LEM jerky mixes yet… so time will tell!!

Awesome in the smoker
I used to make ground venison with it and use the oven and it was great. Then I bought a pellet smoker and tried whole muscle strips of both venison and beef and it's absolutely awesome. I marinated the beef for 24 hours and the venison for 48 due to an unexpected schedule change. The ground is also better in the smoker. Everyone who has tried it loves it.
