Gotta love it
Got the variety pack Snack Stick Seasoning for my first try at them. Made all 4 flavors. The pepper and hot flavors have a "kick" to them. Not overly powerful, but enough to leave a nice burn in the mouth for a cold beverage chaser. I have not ran into one LEM seasoning product that I did not like. Good quality products.

Seasons beginning
Flavor was great! I usages up all of last seasons game, Duck, Goose, Deer and Elk sausage. Up next Crow sticks.

Why 3 Stars ?
The only reason i gave this pack a 3 Stars is that this is the only way that i see i can get the Pepperoni Seasoning ! Other than that it's a "5" all the seasonings are great in their own way. Not sure why you can't get the pepperoni separate.

never received the casings with our order. had to go buy them separately. very disappointed as I was doing 40 lbs
