Seasoning kit is awesome. Trick is to get the proper mix of meat and fat to make it taste the way you want it. I always add a little dehydrated jajapenos to mine.

Will never use any other brand. Have tried something else, never again. Sausage does not last long, family, friends, and co-workers can't wait till hunting season for the sausage. Thanks for a great product.

Summer sausage seasoning
25lb summer sausage seasoning is amazing. I made my first batch could not ask for anything more. Had the family over and I had a plate out on the counter. Asked my brother-in-law if he has ever made summer sausage he told me know it to hard to make it consistently. Then I responded your eating what I made. Now I make at least 50 lbs a year. Always a big hit at any party.

Perfect taste, NOT to salty
Excellent seasoning. Many bagged seasonings are so salty you can't stand them, not this. I did 10 lbs of Venison Summer Sausage and followed the directions and it really provides an excellent flavor. Very hard to duplicate this on your own....
