LEM Products #32 Grinder Plate - 1/8in Hole Size, Salvinox SS

I'm using these, not only at home processing game animals for myself and close friends, but also in the commercial environment of the butcher shop/Processing plant I manage. They don't rust and they stay sharper ten times longer than the steel plates that are available. I've been using the high-quality stainless-steel plates and blades from LEM for several years in both arenas. Yes, they cost a few $$ more than other plates, but I can't afford to buy the cheap ones.

This plate is wonderful for making bologna or any fine grind product. A bit tedious to clean with all the fine holes, but we3ll worth it. As stated, the plate is a bit wider so I had to make minor adjustments but all in all. I am glad I got this one. Thanks

Great plate for 2nd grind on both ground beef and jerky. I blow my plates out with compressed air then rinse and wash, dry through before storing and sometimes oil them lightly

I like to use the three mil plate on my final grind for my Australian style pork sausages. It turns out great. The quality of plate is second to none. You won't be disappointed. And you'll never need to buy another.

Not much to review - it's a #32 stainless steal grinding plate. Works as it should. Since it is only 3mm, remember to have your meat almost frozen when you use it.
