Not too salty and good jerky flavor

Very good not to strong spice and like low sodium

What I done was to mix it with 25 lb ground deer meat and added your cheese with it then stuffed it in your 2" tubes let set in frig over night then smoked it on my home made wood fueled smoker. Best Jerky rolls I have ever made. Took some to Church on Weds night for snack before bible study, sliced it and ate on Ritz crackers, Was a big hit they eat a lot and what was left when home with a couple a couple women.

Recommended for people who need to watch sodium intake and full of flavor my family ate it all up within a week
