We are very pleased with our replacement slicer. This slicer meets our family's needs since we buy in bulk to save money.

this is the third piece of equipment I have purchased from LEM It did not disappoint. It's sturdy, easy to use and a breeze to clean. I sliced 40 lbs of corned beef in no time. A great home slicer!!! I still marvel at my grinder, which I purchased several years ago, what a work horse that is, I love it, I make a couple hundred lbs of sausage every year and it still amazes me.

I'll give it 5 stars since it does exactly what we want it to do, slice meat. We butcher and cure all of our meats and the slicer was the final addition to the toolbox. We've used it so far for thick sliced bacon and thin sliced pastrami. I did find that the meat will ride up on the back side of the blade so using a paper towel I put a thin coating of vegetable oil on the blade which really helped. Ease of cleaning I gave a perfect score, it easily disassembles for cleaning. I'm sure some will complain about the effort it takes to clean, in my mind there is no way to make it any easier to clean the complexity of surfaces of a slicer so no point in saying it's difficult to clean. All in all we are super happy with all of our LEM products. Keep up the great work!

The slicer works as advertised. I have only used it to slice chopped ham so far but it did a good job. I would recommend this slicer for anyone in the market. Also, I did find this same exact slicer on Amazon at a cheaper price and LEM matched them no questions asked. They could not do the free shipping though but to me it was well worth the few dollars for shipping to have the piece of mind that comes with buying directly from LEM and not some anonymous seller that you may never be able to contact again. I have purchased products from LEM in the past and all of them have been of exceptional quality so I have never had to send anything back for service or replacement but I have spoken with customer service a few times asking for operating instruction etc and they are very pleasant and helpful and I feel certain that if I ever had an issue with any product that LEM would take care of it without hesitation. A Great slicer and a Great company.

Thankful to have this tool available when needed. Not something that I use often, like a lot of my kitchen tools, but when I need it, nothing else will do! Great quality. Much easier to get the blade off than my old one LEM was! It is also easier to clean than the old one. I said easier, though, NOT easy!

Pretty loud but it's functional for the price and I love that it has 2 different blades that are large for a consumer grade slicer

This slicer suits our home use better than anything we have purchased in the past. It takes a bit for the blade and motor to wind up to operating speed, but it isn't a hinderance. A bit more available disassembly would make clean up a bit easier, but for our frequency of use; that too is not a hinderance. All in all we enjoy having it and it fits our needs. We would recommend it for someone that needs a quality slicer for periodic use. If your slicer needs were more than once every other week, we would recommend you step up a notch and getting a machine with more run time.

Very easy to take apart and clean cuts well but the venison had to be put in freezer for about 3 hours. Never really got it over heated was slicing a doe into jerky strips. The hand guard that stays on the sliver accumulates some junk that requires a tooth pick to clean but otherwise it's a great product.

Had to send back due to gears stripping. Also doesn't slice cold cheese. Warm works better. When you slice meat it wants to roll with the blade. It needs some kind of cover over the spinning knife. This would work a lot better. But on a positive note it's easy to take apart and clean
