This comb is working out well so far for combing my cat. He likes to gnaw on the end and the handle is long enough to keep me safe if he decides to claw at it! Overall, he has been pretty tolerant of this comb. I think it was a great deal as it feels like an upscale comb for a reasonable price.

This is wonderful for my yorkies hair. The teeth of the comb are very close and made of metal which is perfect for removing any loose hair or tangles. I was a pet groomer for over 30 years and you can not get a better comb for dogs without an undercoat like Yorkshire terriers.

Very sturdy and nice, the cat likes it, it gets a little hair out but not a ton, i wouldn't except it to take much more out, my cat also has fairly short hair.

I like the fine teeth. You can be sure there is no matting in the dog's coat.

This comb works very well for my fluffy long-haired cat. He doesn't tolerate a lot of brushes, and this comb is quite effective at going through clumps before they turn into mats and removing loose fur. The rounded ends of the tines are comfortable and don't scratch or hurt. The quality seems quite good, and the wooden handle is nice to hold.

The teeth are very close on the comb. The long and shorter teeth help to get down lower in the cats coat. The wooden handle is steady to grip. I think the metal teeth are too close together for a pet with thick, coarse fur. It's fine for my cats medium length fur.
