Amazingly fresh and with the blueberry flavored cream cheese and a little peanut butter it is phenomenal. Don't knock it till you try it!!! trust me you will thank me!!
This bagel is kept in the refrigerated section. It always seems fresher and the texture is softer than the Thomas Bagels. It does seem a little bit smaller than the Thomas Bagels, but it also costs less. The bagels had plenty of blueberries and were delicious plain, with butter or with cream cheese.
Lender's are one of the few brands that stay true to the chewy, delicious texture made famous in New York. Generously dotted with blueberries, you smell them as they become golden brown in your toaster. Whether you eat them just with butter or bury them in cream cheese, you won't be disappointed. Lender's keeps good bagel tradition alive.
This is my favorite bagel. I try to get it a couple times a month. I eat one or two each time I eat it. I have gotten my kids when they were little on it and my young nieces and nephews and my grandkids they love them even my grown niece eat them as well
I usually get the mini bagels and I didn't have my glasses on and I ended up with the lodge and they were absolutely delicious so soft. I even enjoyed them on cooked on toasted do really really good very very Fresh by total accident. I found one that I will continue buying.
I got these as a substitute for Millie's blueberry bagels. I have to say, I was disappointed. The ingredients are better in Millie's, and they are thick and fluffy and have a lot of blueberry flavor. These Lender's bagels were flat, misshapen and didn't have nearly as much blueberry flavor. I'll be going back to my usual brand once these are used up.
Meh. About all I can say for these is that they do have a lot of blueberries- except they taste kind of like fake blueberries. The bagels themselves are weirdly squared off and not round, and separating them was difficult, as they were not sliced cleanly all the way through. The worst part was the actual bagel. These tasted doughy and underbaked even when toasted, and you would not want to eat them untoasted. Kind of mushy, and the flavor was a lot like raw dough. The outside of them was also so mushy, you could push it in with your finger. I know these aren't from a deli, but other brands have much better bagged bagels. Get some from the store bakery instead, which are pretty good, or if you must get bagged, get the Thomas brand, which is not mushy and has a firmer outside and softer center. I would never buy these again.
1st time buying these. I got them as a substitution. I was disappointed. Very little blueberries and very little flavor.
im going to be able to get my chance to see if the items are stolen or something that would have been left in her vehicle because I have 3 times I have to go with my stuff missing or not be able to eat it to the fact that they were not even considerate with the place where they sat down my donuts and cinnamon rolls and I have lost another $10 and I will be on my phone later today and hopefully this will be fixed cause I don't have any plans to tip my driver's until I get a good job done
Both packages of bagels were hard as a rock and almost expired. So Walmart just throws out the garbage at a Walmart customer? It's inexcusable. We are supposed to be able to get our groceries fresh and intact. I've been getting the worst of the inventory.
