Lenovo Chromebook C330 MT8173

Having used Chromebooks for years I can honestly say, if you tried them in the past and found them lacking you should give the newer ones a shot. Since the addition of the Android Play Store these devices have really come into their own and offer a lot more functionality than the earlier versions. I can actually do more with this device than I can with my MacBook Pro and battery life is doubled on this. So far I haven't found anything this can't do that the MBP can besides the obvious, video/photo editing type of tasks. It has USB and USB-C ports, HDMI, SD Card slot and headphone jack and on top of that it's touchscreen. It goes to sleep when you close the lid and wakes up immediately when you open it. Netflix works perfectly on this and, I've been able to install a few security apps we use for our company in order to view security cameras etc.. so far all of them work perfectly. Something I was never able to do on my old Chromebook. Overall I can't find any deal breakers on this device for its price. The keyboard is fine, not awesome and the display is what you would expect at this price range you're not going to mistake it for a Retina display but all in all, it's a great deal and with the play store it's even better.

Great laptop. I bought it for my 7 years old to learn typing. He loves it. Good product for a decent price.

Easy to set up and easy to use.

Perfect. Great price for a great working mini laptop for school! Walmart has the best deal and it's in perfect condition. The touchpad isn't so great because of the material of the laptop, but the screen is touch so it's okay. The sound is great loud, but the speakers project downard. Music sounds better with the keyboard up like when you fold it over. Great laptop! Love Lenovo and Walmart!

I am very pleased with this. The display is crisp and having an HDMI port keys me connect to a larger monitor with ease. Using Office 365 in the Cloud makes this a robust unit with very little latency. Downloading and installing apps is a breeze. Even though the unit is small, the keys are the same size as a full sized laptop.

I have been looking at Chromebooks for a couple of years. An online shopping channel had a similar model as this - but with half the memory and they were only $20 cheaper - an SD card to expand the memory that much would cost about the same amount! This is a great buy and the computer is screaming fast to start up and moving from window to window. Great for someone who primarily uses the computer to surf the web and for emails, etc.

Died after 14 months of use.
