I love the Lenovo Chromebook Duet 5! It is beautifully and thoughtfully engineered. The AMOLED display provides stunning visuals, better than I've ever had on a laptop. It performs incredibly well and can handle everything I throw at it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hesitate to give anything 5 stars especially since I have only had my Duet 5 for about a month but my transition from an iPad to this device has very good. I have used both Android and Apple so I have my good points and bad on both but no complaints here so far. Get the expansion "brick" to increase the # of connections.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Incredible screen, great media consumption device, but that I was expecting. What I wasn't expecting was the lovely typing experience on this firm and spacious keyboard! This will absolutely become my main day-to-day device, as the Google ecosphere gives me everything I need to get stuff done!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very light, fast, and easy to use. Performance is great and the screen absolutely beautiful. I thought there would be steep learning curve going to a Chromebook, but setup and operation was great. Love that it has the OS and none of that add on software you get from other companies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tablet. I cracked the screen of my previous Duet 5 and bought the exact same thing bc it's a great tablet at an affordable price. I love that it folds completely over or can be used the traditional way. This feature is a must for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The specs on this tablet are not that great. You have to try it to see how good it is. Lately I have bypassed the reviews because what works for or don't work for others may or may not work for me. This tablet is what I need and then some. Just try it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect answer to having a tablet and a lab top. I had had both. The lap top was heavy, the tablet was 10". Great key board and love the fact the tablet just "snaps" into place. The 13" tablet is easy to use and is a larger screen as compared to most other tablets.
Locks up often and loses internet connection often. often finds weak internet connection when other nearby devices find it strong. I do enjoy it for the most part. The Chromebook duet 5 could definitely use a SIM card like my Samsung Galaxy tab S6 does. I do enjoy the size and the graphics of the Chromebook.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Chromebook as an alternative to getting a new Android tablet after the Lenovo sales support person assured me that it would run all Android apps. Though I'm very experienced with Windows PCs and Android phones and tabs, setting up the Chromebook for my Google Workspace account so that it could download Android apps was extremely complex and it was necessary for me to be on a long chat session with Google support (setting it up for a free Gmail account was a snap, just sign in with your Gmail address and you're ready to go). In fact, the Google support person agreed that it shouldn't be that difficult. After finally setting up the device, I tried to download Microsoft Office apps, only to discover that they were not available on Chromebooks (other apps that I commonly use were not a problem). Once I discovered the problem with Office, I immediately set up the return of my Chromebook and intend to get a new Android tablet for which Office is available (I've been using MS Office on Android phones and tablets for several years).
I had returned the item to the store about 2-3 weeks ago, still not reflecting on my account. Item was supposed to be new but did not charge at all
