When I purchased this computer 6 months ago it was only $179. I can't believe it is now selling for over $400. The computer is a great computer for a student. Not enough storage to download a game like Fortnite. My 10 year old son has been using this for 10 months and has not had any issues speed. If you looking for a basic computer for school and surfing the internet this is great. If you are looking for a gaming computer this is not the one.

Comes with pre-installed Windows 10 Home. If you install another hard drive Microsoft still controls the laptop even with another OS like Linux: the modem won't work: Windows still keeps a file in a ROM Cache on the computer that won't allow you to use it. Changed the hard drive back to W 10 and it works OK but I don't like Windows or Microsoft.

I love the Lenovo laptop, it has everything I needed to work from home including the webcam, good speed and plenty of memory. Its very light and thin. I like the color but had to get a cover for it because it easily smears and had tons of fingerprints on it.

Sad it has no cd rw drive, delivery took a week, came at 10pm at night. Touchpad cheaply built, Said it was 128gbb but more like 115gb with all the pre-installed software. Havent tried everything but it seems to run slower than what I'm used to but it will do since I don't feel like going thru the return process and I got that warranty..so wish me luck...

It is lightweight, yet designed to sit on a desk and not be moved, as it is extremely uncomfortable to hold due to its sharp edges. In addition to that, sometimes the audio cuts completely out for no reason and the only way to bring it back is to hard-boot the computer. I realize this is an inexpensive system, but I would not buy it again.

I had this laptop one year and three months. I had been having trouble getting had to turn back on the past month or so and this past week it will not respond at all. I tried ordering a new battery and installing and that was not the problem. I have tried all the advice on different YouTube videos to get it to respond. Still not working and I have lost all of my data. While it was working, it was fine but I had some issue with the touchpad being a little over reactive or under reactive at different times.

Not a good buy for me. The touch-pad didn't work properly, even after going to settings to make the touch-pad more sensitive it still worked the same. Also the screen started glitching while i was on a google search and didn't stop until i exited out the window

Bought this for Christmas 2019 used it for a couple of months and then the charging tip broke and is stuck inside charging port. laptop been collecting dust since. very disappointed. Don't waste your money, wasn't even worth the black Friday sale price...:(

Received laptop in April, return window for Walmart closed in May, it's now August and I need need to send it in as half the keyboard doesn't work. They want $22 to return it for factory warranty coverage. HP doesn't cost anything to return, so my recommendation is to look at HP products.
