I allowed my 13-year-old to fully set it up - with minimal assistance from me. As far as I could tell, it went flawlessly. And in the past week, I haven't heard one complaint, despite having large demands placed on the pc (basic functions, gaming, video creation, data transfers, periferals, etc.). Cool dark purple color, too.

I bought this specifically to copy my DVD collection over 300 DVDs works fantastic I love The large keyboard and the large screen. Works great with my Bluetooth mouse. Only concern was it was shipped to me and the packaging could have been better. Overall very pleased

Boots up very fast and is far quicker than the 4 year old HP it replaced. Only down side is the limited storage (128 Gb). Don't know why the 256 Gb model cost nearly $200 more than this one. I added a 128 Gb SD card for $20 but unfortunately the slot for it allows half the card to protrude which is a damage hazard.

I really do enjoy using this laptop. Its lightweight, sleek, thin and very esthetically pleasing. Its relatively fast(core i3, 10th gen), and the graphics are decent. IId say a little bit more than what you would expect for the price range, so it is good, not great. Pet peeves; opening the laptop could be easier if there were little notches somewhere on the sides or top panel. Its impossible to keep the finish on this computer clean and print free, especially the touchpad, but this is a struggle with most laptops, so the two are not mutually exclusive. The specific model I chose has the Windows S(classroom compatible) setting as the operating system but it was easily changed in two seconds with a quick search on the google machine and a click of a few buttons in settings. Easy peasy. Ive only had this machine for about a week, but it has seen heavy use in that time. Battery life is poor, hence the four star rating. If the batter lasted more than six hours, it still would have received a five star rating, but alas, not the case. Either way, its a good investment for the price and Ill update down the line. Overall, good buy and would recommend.

Computer over all is really nice I needed it for college, it works great. The only thing that isn't to great is the speaker on this computer my iPhone is louder than the computer. It works great once you have your headphones in. Battery life is something else I noticed it's not all that great. I bought this to replace my hp chrome book it was touch screen but I really can't say I miss it. I do recommend if you just need something for school assignments and browsing the internet, it's really fast.

These laptop is neither good or bad. The color is a nice dark wine color and it is slick. The performance is better than Caleton models but lower than some i3. The camera is pretty bad but the microphone is good. The performances is decent just depends on what you are going to do. If you are using this for school, kids, courses etc I recommend. But if you are a gamer, a professional and a spreadsheet freak I will recommend spending a little more money and buying a better one.

I gave this 2 stars just because I LOVE the color. Other than that, I'd spend the money on a laptop that's more worth it. I've only used this laptop on and off about a months worth of time for school........it already has problems starting up. I turn it on and get a black screen. I have to press reboot keys after the logo shows in order to use it. I am noticing certain keys do not work unless I press them hard. Not to mention the speaker SUCKS!!! On 100 I can barely hear it. I hope you have earphones or something because you ARE going to need them!

When it was delivered opened it up to set it up right away. The screen would not come on not matter what I tried. This was for my disabled mom to use for her to play games, but now I have to take it back to the store for either a refund or exchange for something else. I messaged the seller regarding the issues and never go a reply back within the time frame they say they will contact you back.

Device has issues connecting to Wi-Fi.

This is the 3rd Lenovo laptop. I bought this for my kids due to COVID-19 and school from home requirement. The laptop looks good but had high difficulty connecting with the WiFi in the house despite my iPad working just fine in the same location. We tried tech support for several weeks....a severe waste of time with no good solution. The warranty we bought becomes effective after 1 year after manufacturer warranty. This was a bad purchase
