Bought this for my wife to be able to work from home. The selection was very limited and we were pressed for time. This laptop has been amazing. Not a lot of bloat in the software, and we were able to connect to monitors that are working great. Easy setup/updates quick start and a lot of machine at such a reasonable price point. I have seen several posts regarding the quality of the camera, but that isn't something that we will be using that much. All and all a great little laptop for the money!! I would have preferred a bigger hard drive, but was able to update all the software and run the programs that were necessary. We can always use a portable flash drive for extra storage. Highly Recommend.

I bought this laptop to work from home during the pandemic and I've been very happy. The screen is large enough to split screen my work and makes working remotely simple during this crazy time. Its fast and doesn't lag. I'd recommend this laptop to friends and family.

Lenovo products are all very solid. The i5 is fast and responsive. I have my desk top computer, a Lenovo, my tablet, a Lenovo, and my laptop, a Lenovo. Great items.

I've bought 3 of these. All three work well.

It is not a bad laptop. We are finding that my son is having problem with the mic. While doing is online classes he mic doesnt work well. Not sure what the problem is. Other than that he seems to like it.

Has Windows 10 which Microsoft supports and the reason I changed from my older computer which used Windows 7.

The quality was ok, i was expecting more. Other than that ok.

It's slow when I type. Seems like processor can't keep up. I type something and it shows up after I have already started typing several more words. Very delay it has a slow brain. And it sometimes jumps from one thing to another the curser does. Not sure it should be doing this. But for price probably why.

Very pleased. Im a novice and this is my first purchase of a laptop. I did get help in making sure I set this up correctly.

Purchased this laptop at the end of January 2020, its sits in the office for general use of my wife and I, and last night for no reason, with no one using it....the dreaded blue screen. I will say that up till now it was awesome., however this laptop doesn't move travel or leave the desk. So I am unsure what happened but at this point its an expensive paper weight. Next time I'll go with an HP
