Still very happy with this laptop after almost 6 months of use. Fast, good graphics and very reliable. Has not crashed or burped once since I owned it, and I use it nearly every day. It's not a full-up gaming computer, but for daily use and everything else I do with it, it's more than enough.

For any of you that are skeptical about this product then hear me out. This seemed like a good deal and almost too good to be true. I read all the comments and many people say many things. But I risked it and ordered it and it was exactly what it claims to be. Beautiful 15.6 Intel core i5 with 8gb of Ram. It is really fast and snappy just like I wanted it. I definetly reccomend this laptop!

Nice size laptop. The only issues I have with this laptop is that it doesn't have enough storage like my previous Lenovo laptop and only has 2 USB ports versus 3

Doesn't charge. Charged to 50% after plugging for 6 hours

Stopped booting after less than 2 years. Camera broke after 1.5 years.

Poor quality all around. The build quality feels cheap. Even the $200 Acer my granny uses is built far better than this, using brushed aluminum etc. This screen, a low resolution TN panel, is quite likely the worst screen I've ever witnessed on a laptop. It is blurry, and viewing angled are just embarrasing. Your eyes have to be at the perfect angle with the screen. Shift by 5-10 degrees, and part of the screen can no longer be viewed. You'd think with an i5 chip and a NVMe ssd drive this Lenovo would be blazing fast. It's not. Either the pre-installed bloatware is slowing it down, or something else is. But it feels like it's running a Celeron chip.

System running slow as soon as I booted it up. Hadn't even downloaded anything yet. Then when I tried to download norton security, something simple, it took almost 4 days to download. I only had the laptop for a week and the laptop crashed and wouldn't restart. Walmart was great and let me return the laptop for a refund, thank God! Will never get another Lenovo!

My laptop arrived with the seal open and it looked like the item label had been taken off another box and placed on this one. I still decided to power it up and soon realized the item was defective. The resolution was mediocre and the brightness cld not be adjusted. The tablet mode was not working as well. I returned to the store the very next day.

I've had this laptop for two years now and has just gone downhill. Within 6 months of having it, the camera stopped working. I searched high and low for solutions on fixing it, but came up with nothing. My last resort was calling Lenovo through the warranty. It took hours with support between all their solutions and backing wiping the computer only to have no resolution and the same problem. The last straw was to send it in, they fixed the camera issue and sent it back to me. Four months later the camera started showing static lines and as of last week the camera now has the same issue. I only use the camera unless I have to take an exam every now and again so it's not like I am always using it. Never have I experienced this with a laptop. Next is the charge, the thing no longer holds a charge. And when it is shut the screen is still lit. Do yourself a favor and look at another option if you're considering this one.
