I purchased the Lenovo Ideapad S340 on June 5 and received it June 10. After installing MS365 and customizing the laptop, it worked smoothly and I didn't have any hiccups (fast connection, installation, web browser)
After about a week or so, I noticed the battery was not a 100% even though it was connected to the charger (was at 98% - not an issue). On July 8, I had disconnected the laptop to use it to watch on my TV using HDMI connector. It worked well and after a few hours, connected back into the charger. On July 9, I noticed the battery was not charged (was still at 59%). I went into Walmart close to where I live to find out if it was the battery or the charger before I decided to return it. The person at the electronic counter and customer service were very friendly, helpful, professional, and I had no issues with the return.
After I came home, I ordered the same laptop because it has the specs I was looking for and I loved the the sleek look and beautiful color.
