I wanted to start out with this as I know IBM has always been a leader in technology and when they sold their PC division to Lenovo, the quality and reliability is still present. Previous laptops have lasted more than 5 years. They never failed and only replaced them with another Lenovo as technology continues to move forward and you really can't keep any PC for more than 5 years. I like the features and quality of this new laptop and have confidence that this too wil last the next 5 years.

It cost more to repair the charging port than to purchase a new one. Absolutely love my new laptop it performs above and beyond what I need. Highly recommend and trust Lenova to provide a quality laptop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of the pricing, I was not expecting much. I received the PC in perfect condition which is saying a lot for the mail. I removed the packaging and was a little excited about seeing how fast this 16 guage ram machine had. Shoot, this is a Lenovo, there is nothing out there that can compare to this company. None the less, I was interested in getting the machine Pangburn ready. By the time I got rid of the accessories I didn't want, we were down to getting into the starting blocks. This machine is great. Backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader. There are more features on this computer than I can count.I started building these things when DOS was BOSS. The changes are great, At 88 years old, I am not using a lap belt, but there is one thing that is certain, if you want class and quality, buy a Lenovo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a nice computer however I had issues with the integrated camera, sent off once, fixed for a bit however all of my files were in wrong places. There has been reoccurring issues after warranty. If I reboot the camera starts working, but doesn't work on occasion.

I really liked my computer at first and I had no issues with it. But after about 10 months of using it, it just completely stopped working. The warranty was only 6 months, so it was already off of warranty. I had to buy another computer since I rely on my laptop daily for my business.
