It is a huge improvement over my old laptop, the age of which archeologists are still trying to determine. I made sure to add on the extended warranty and now I feel extra secure knowing I'm have support into the future. If my last laptop is evidence, I'll be using this one beyond the date of extinction! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a workhouse computer that has everything you need and then some.

Comes with the right software you need, Lenovo has done a good job by not installing unwanted tools and utilities that usually slows down the laptop. Its a bit too large to try to use as a tablet but the range of motion is useful anyway. Some of the pre-installed programs were annoying but I haven't had any issue removing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible Service. I paid for Office, but it wouldn't load or activate. I talked with 8 or 9 Lenovo agents, some of whom said I should have received an activation key, others said they'd send me one, others said I didn't need one. A Microsoft technician checked the computer remotely and said the program had NOT been preinstalled, and that I needed to get a key from Lenovo. Emails to the salesmen went unanswered. Very disappointing. Don't buy software from Lenovo!

I went to this because of the big screen , my Mac was just to small to see. It is a great computer in this price range. The only con is it is a little heavy but it is a 15 in computer , so to be expected.

I am really happy with my purchase. I would still recommend this laptop. I really like it.
