This laptop was also a lot lighter than my lenovo legion that I got back in 2020. The charger is also really fast as charging, which is really convenient for the short battery life of gaming computers. Overall, exceeded my expectations.

I mostly use it for my university, and the battery lasts around 5-6 hours in quiet mode. I haven't tried gaming on battery, but I do wish it had a larger one. It runs every game smoothly at 1080p, so I definitely recommend this product.

However, I also love to game during my downtime and was looking for a nice/decent gaming rig that could handle AAA games. After relentless searching over the internet, I finally came across a recommendation of the Lenovo LOQ. After doing some more digging, it became very apparent that this laptop (with these specs) had matched exactly to what I was looking for. The laptop has a nice, sleek, and slim design, which feels great when carrying it around. The fans are wonderful and vary in performance according to how you are currently using the laptop. There is a quiet mode, a balanced mode, a performance mode (meant for gaming and heavy duty tasks), an auto-mode, and a custom-mode. While in performance mode, the fans can be a bit loud, however its a very minor issue in comparison to how well it runs in return. I love the ability to switch performance levels according to whether I am writing a paper or or playing a game. I have played Cyberpunk 2077, Hitman 3, Fallout 4, Once Human, Elden Ring, Dragon Age Inquisition, and Red Dead Redemption 2 at high or ultra settings and all have performed wonderfully so far. Cannot recommend this laptop enough.

The laptop is pretty good overall and handles most things really well. My only complaint is the battery life when gaming—it drains a lot quicker than I expected, which is a bit disappointing.

It performs very well, but there's a few things I don't like. First, the fans are at the bottom and they are loud. The lenovo ideapad gaming 3 I previously had was much quieter. Second, I don't like that there's no ports on the left side. Fortunately, I still have enough ports for a controller and headphones. But I would've preferred them on the left side instead of having to reach around the back Get it when it's on sale for sure. Full price is a bit steep

I mainly purchased this laptop for basic functions and to run online role-playing games (e.g., Roll20). It is perfect for those purposes and is neither laggy nor slow; in fact, the opposite is true.

I submitted a repair request immediately, but after a long wait, no solution was provided. The scheduled pickup appointments were missed twice, wasting two full days of my time and lost wages. The so-called warranty support is deeply disappointing. From placing the order on the official website to finally receiving a usable device, the whole process took about 1.5 months. Overall, this has been an extremely poor customer experience.
