Very portable device. Setting an alarm in the easiest way possible using Google. Also, with the ability to listen to Spotify, Youtube, Pandora, etc is the best. What i loved the most is that I can keep a changing screensaver of my google photos. Amazing!
Very nice and functional for my needs. I have two so far...... all my lights in my home are smart lights, and I also have a smart garage door opener, these give me total voice control over everything, and also can control my Roku tv. And Google Assistant answers all my questions. Too bad it can't go get me a beer out of the fridge.... YET! Lol.
The Lenovo Alarm Clock is so much more than an alarm clock. It operates just like my Google Mini. I can ask it the weather and it appears on the screen as well as the spoken weather report. It turns my lights and other devices on and off, plays music and responds to questions just like any other Google Assistant device. It also is an alarm clock with a clock display. Love it.
I already have a Google home speaker and love it. This works the same way and it's easy to use. At bedtime I tell Google "play Escape on SiriusXM" and also tell it to stop playing music in 30 minutes. I'm now falling asleep to soothing music instead of the TV.
Love this new clock with Google Assistant. Just say hey Google set alarm or whatever and it does. You say hey Google I'm leaving it tells you have a good day. I don't have other smart devices besides my watch and phone, but if you do you can control them with help of assistant. You can set it up to tell you the weather and your schedule when the alarm goes off.
This clock is made by Lenovo, a computer company. Seems it would have enough "smarts" to please a wide segment of users. First, I like the color clock face. However, that clock face puts a "0" in front of the time between the 1 and 9 hours, so that 2:13 looks like 02:13. It should be simple for the to put an option if you want to see that leading 0. I think most people in the USA do not want that 0. When looking at the clock in the middle of the night, it is distracting and disturbs your sleep having to see that. Lenovo, please fix this in an update. Thanks. Secondly, once you connect to an SSID, you simply can't change it. If you want to change connection to a different SSID, it says you have to go through the configuration again. Why? Why can't you just choose from a list if available SSIDs and enter the password? Not good if you are travelling.
Small clock and not smart at all. Does not have a headphone jack to connect to a stereo. Could not get it connected to iTunes, maybe it can but no instructions explaining how on anything. Biggest reason I am returning was the small size. I place my clock away from my bed so I have to get out of bed to turn it off, so I need a clock that is big enough to see across the room.
I bought one 2 weeks ago and was really excited. It took me about 30 minutes to connect to WiFi. 20 minutes later it didn't have signal anymore. I tried connecting it for about 2 hours and it never did. My internet connection was working with TVs and computer. I reset clock to manufacture settings 3 times and had no luck. It kept on telling me “ No internet connection.” The clock has to be plugged in and it seemed like it was overheating. Screen was hot. I had to return it. It might have been defective.
Returned due to being used and nasty. I have never received any item used before. This is very sad that they are trying to resell used items. I'm very lucky I could return to the store for a full refund and get a replacement for 49.00 storr price instead of the 79.00 online price.
Used this alarm clock for quite a while and it would occasionally have a problem where I would say "hey google, play relaxation sounds" for background sound while I fall asleep, and the screen show the option to pause it and everything but no sound would play. Try to change the volume with no results and the sound that's given for changing the volume doesn't play either. Clearly a bug, which I found out can be temporarily resolved by playing music and immediately stopping the music. Occasionally, I end up having an issue where I sleep through the alarm. Recently however I managed to wake up at the time the alarm goes off naturally, but to no alarm. The screen showing the "stop" and "snooze" function, but with nothing playing. So this "alarm clock" has an occasional problem in which it turns into just a clock, which is a hazard. Imagine buying a house lock that occasional just doesn't unlock. There are some things that need to function properly 100% of the time,
