It's good it's smooth overall its good
I was frustrated with this, not because of the Tablet, but because of finding out that the Tablet would not load the app I purchased it for. I wanted to get a Barnes %26 Noble tablet for my wife's Christmas. Their product is a Lenovo Tab M9 tablet that is loaded with their app. I found that buying from Lenovo I could save about $60, since the Lenovo Tab M9 has identical model numbers to the Barnes %26 Noble. But once received I tried to download the reader app on it and it would not properly download. It was then that I found out that Barnes %26 Noble had Lenovo create a special tablet for their company software to load on. Lesson learned, now I have to wait to get the return permission from Lenovo to get my money back. Since Barnes %26 Noble changed their software their older tablets will no longer download books, my wife has over 1,000 books - paid for - that she cannot access unless we buy their special tablet! I don't hold Lenovo responsible, but wish I would have known I couldn't use their identical tablet to access the books!
The one tablet that doesn't support Barnes and Noble book app, which was the reason i bought it. Also, can't stand the updates. It forces you to put apps on that you didn't want. You have to select an X amount to install, or it won't let you use the tablet until you do. After that, i go back in and deleted them all that was forced upon me.
Is end of life, no updates available other than that is good.
Nice lite tablet with a good screen but was a bear to get connect to my wifi . Had to be close and the router had to be recycled. Even so it kept losing connection and restarting until I was able to upgrade the software.
This is an outdated Android 12 operating system, (released Oct 2021) Most newer tabs are on at least android 14 (released October 2023) or Android 15 (release date October 2024), Android 12 came out in october of 2021. They say it can be upgraded to Android 13, but it doesn't show on their upgrade matrix, and it is no longer supported by Lenovo Developement. Many issues have been reported with software bugs and added bloatware on the system upgrade to android 13, and since it is no longer supported by Lenovo developement good luck getting a fix (update) from Lenovo.
I never received the tablet. Hopefully one of my neighbors is enjoying it. Always having to search the entire neighborhood for my deliveries gets so old.
The most you can update the Tab 9 is to Android 13, but all new tablets are at Android 15 now. This super ancient Tab cannot even get the Amazon Shopping App. What a waste of money!
The battery does not hold a complete charge. You can only use it for 6 hours and it needs to be recharged. Previous tablet went over 12 hours. Very disappointed, they add a lot of garbage to the tablet while it is setting up and you can't delete the software.
i didn't receive what i ordered and it is taking so long to hear back from someone.
