It overall is a nice slim laptop option. The keyboard doesn't have as much travel as the other thinkpad series laptops but I'd say it is comparable to that of my old macbook pro. I like that the fingerprint scanner is in the upper corner rather than next to the trackpad. The trackpad has a little bit of give to it so there is a somewhat annoying click every time you touch it. The screen looks great and is great for indoor use but was difficult to see when outdoors. The anti-glare is truly that, which is nice. The speakers struggle. They're downward facing so at baseline they sound muffled. On testing with a few songs it there was interference noise during, especially if there were lower notes involved. I like that this was upgradeable to improve performance. When compared to the 10th gen i5 it is slightly slower when loading web pages. All in all it isn't bad if you're going to use it for a business laptop. If you need something where you'll be listening to videos/lectures over the computer speakers you might want to consider other options (like the ideapad).

This is a used laptop. Advertised as new. Walmart falsely advertised, committed fraud and refused to refund my money. Taking them to small claims court. Do not buy from them, they can't be trusted.
