[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my ThinkBook for my digital audio recording and multimedia editing workstation. The Thunderbolt 3 transfer rates makes latency a non-issue and the 10-core processor provides plenty of muscle for the heavy lifting required for this type of work. This would've been an otherwise expensive custom-build endeavor. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this laptop and tried it out. So far it's works flawlessly. Love the fact it has fingerprint ID on power button. That also works flawlessly. I like the laptop a lot and would recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second ThinkBook 15 Gen 4 Intel (15”) I have lpurchased this month. I have always been a loyal Lenovo customer personally and in my career in IT procurement. This product was the perfect choice for my two daughters going off to college. Great price point and great service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first Lenovo purchase. This laptop had all the features I wanted at a price that was lower than it's competitors. Shipping was fast and delivery was as scheduled even with the Christmas season. A very solid machine that I am very happy with!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me gusta mucho esta computadora. Su pantalla táctil funciona muy bien Tomando en cuenta que su procesador no es el más actualizado Pero es para uso en high school. Su especificaciones son suficientes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around solid laptop, We haave been purchasing this line oof laptops for some time now. I have purchased several of the lenovo product line but this is one of the lines that I have never had to use the warranty to fix ever. Solid Pick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The computer and support has been pretty good except for the Lenovo Vantage experience. The Vantage dashboard does not include a link to the Foxit PDF Editor software I purchased. I have owned the new computer for a month and Lenovo support still has not been able to get me the software! I need it for my business!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I got the software loaded, the computer has been fine. HOWEVER, the instructions that were sent did not match the operating system, and customer support could not help me. It should have been a simple change in the instructions sent: the computer was loaded with a Windows 11 Pro operating system, not Windows 10, but the instructions for loading Microsoft 365 were for Windows 10. If installation instructions for Microsoft 365 had been adjusted to match what was installed (Windows 11 Pro), there wouldn't have been a problem. 2nd issue, using consistent wording with Adobe product code versus product key. Small corrections would have made the process very smooth. As it was, after talking to Lenovo and having to go through Microsoft chat (bots) before speaking to an actual human, I very nearly sent everything back. The Adobe issue was relatively easy to solve, but I still had to call Adobe support, only to find out the CODE meant KEY.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Lenovo because that was the brand my employer got me set up for work from home with. I liked that work computer and got used to it so decided to go with Lenovo for my personal computer as well. I'm not real tech savvy but this was plug and play which went well for me. I'm sure I'm not using it to its full capacity but IF I decide to utilize all the bells and whistles they will be there. I have every confidence it will last me for years.
Still haven't been able to start computer. Opens up in Bios and says for me to put in admin password. The other laptop gave me a similar issue. Had to get a professional to fix a brand new laptop. Not sure if it's just coincident but prior to this purchase I bought an additional 2 laptops and gave me issues on start up. Only one didn't give me any issues. Had to rent laptops for my event. Not to happy and still trying to figure out how to handle this. Big Fail.
