Amazing the speed along the high quality screen. I really believe it has saved me worktime as the response is immediate..no delay... I could kick myself for not replacing this earlier. Thank for a great product that has such a great impact on me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Lenovo, it exceeded my expectations. The camera in the computer is better than the majority of external cameras on the market, which is hugely convenient given I use this function often and clients have noticed this too. The build quality is excellent, the processing speed is more than acceptable. If I had to compare it to any other laptop I owned, it would be the Mac Book Pro, which lasted me longer than any other laptop I had and was usable for 6 years (unheard of for me.) No more apple however, since their products are not worth the price. The Lenovo is both solid and light and the display and functionality is fantastic. It may be one of your last chances to own an Office Suite permanent license if that matters to you (I was thrilled to find it and hate subscriptions. Go Lenovo.) I am so far delighted. If I had one complaint, it would be noisy fan speed when a lot of processing is going on. On the flip side, I am happy to know things are cooling off. Way to go Lenovo! The price was decent, factoring in all warranties and etc. It was about the same price as my Apple laptop, but I have reached the point of needing something durable and willing to pay it especially when I started using my computer. Lenovo was helpful as far as working with me on my healthcare provider discount and the machine came much more quickly than advertised. I would recommend this computer and Lenovo generally (I did also consider a workhorse station but my processing needs and other issues made it out of my price range) but I will say I have faith that if I care for this computer, it will be durable and reliable. I should note the battery life isn't really as advertised when data heavy online programs that are electronic record systems that also contain zoom-- keep it plugged in you will not get the full battery time. I usually have at least Outlook, Chrome, a VPN, and various image editing software open and I haven't had any issues with it stalling or freezing. The screen is very clear and the brightness levels are perfect for working in different locations. The size is nice for work and for streaming; it's lightweight yet large enough to view from an arm's length My only complaint is that the Fn and Ctrl buttons are switched and I haven't gotten used to not having Ctrl in the far left corner.

I purchased my first Lenovo Think Pad W 5000 many years ago (maybe 12 years?) and it still works. The quality of the Think Pads are far beyond any competitors that I am aware, even Apple. I like your web site for it is easy to navigate and there is always someone to chat with concerning any questions that I may have.

Ordered and installed docking station also, easy set up and worked perfectly. Had Lenovo think pads for work and always felt they were great laptops so purchased one for myself based on that experience. They are great laptops based on my experience. Good performance, reliable and very durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, very pleased with the Lenovo ThinkPad. My only concern is that the fan can get pretty loud sometimes. Not sure if this is a concern or just normal computer behavior. Otherwise, it seems to be providing me what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good computer overall it seems but I'm noticing it is slow and lags in loading/processing in simple matters. Opening excel sheets or SPSS for example are taking too long and sometimes when I turn on the computer the Lenovo logo when loading just freezes on the screen and so I have to restart again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plastic housing creaks to right of mousepad and seems cheap. Glad i bought a warranty. Wish I had known more about bells and whistles, for example, no touch screen, and not sure it has the optimum filters for my eyes. Having some problems with how it operates, but too soon to say it is a motherboard.

Original order got canceled due to a fault of my own. When I told the woman on the phone I needed another one within two days she told me it was more than possible. I offered to buy one in person because it was such a rush. No short of almost 3 weeks later it arrived. 3 days in and it won't turn on. Thanks Lenovo!
