[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ThinkPad has been great to work with. We updated our fleet to this model. The AMD chip perform the same if not better than Intel. This has been a workhorse for our users and without any issues. The updates from Lenovo keep these units running at optimal levels.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an excellent product especially for people who need to interface with lots of different hardware, like sensors and sd-card etc. I use this system to debug and run our ROS2 controlled robots. The decision was made easy as it has both a powerful cpu/you combination that is fast enough to visualize ROS sensor streams and has an official stamp to be able to run Ubuntu.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad L14 Gen 2 AMD is not only a fast processor, but has a beautifully finished keyboard that is easy on the wrists with wide keys and no clicks - love the little red button that magnifies too! I will never again buy another laptop but a Lenovo, and that includes all the Macs Airs and Pros out there.

Ideal for surfing the web and Microsoft Office applications. I trust Lenovo since i was in college and had my first laptop. I love the brand!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this laptop so far. My previous Lenovo aged out(9yrs), it couldn't keep up with only 4G RAM. I hope this one lasts as long. I would have given 5 stars if I could upgrade the RAM(soldered) this time around.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 4 months shopping for a laptop for my home based business, I finally decided on a Lenova. Everything these days seems to have good and bad reviews but this laptop seemed to have everything I needed and more. So far it has exceeded my expectaions. I'm old fashioned and not a big fan of ANY laptop but I am trying to utilize new technology. I liked the reviews about the ease of keyboard use and I have to say this keyboard IS amazingly easy to use and type on. The speed of this Lenova does seem fast but I have only had it about a month and have not had time yet to do multiple things at once but the stats make it seem like it WILL be more than capable. I am very pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AMD version of the ThinkPad L14 has terrific specs for the price, easily beating out it's similarly priced Intel contemporary. The only flaw is the AMD ThinkPad's come with a Realtek wireless card which isn't detected on most linux distro's, even the latest Ubunutu 21.x.x. Additionally again on linux the laptop would not wake up from sleep, I would have to power it off and back on again to use it. If you don't plan on using linux on the laptop anytime soon I would definitely recommend this laptop, however if you are going to use linux you will either have to compile your own wifi drivers or replace the wireless card with an Intel one.

I admittedly bought this and returned it because I missed having a touchscreen, and it wasn't powerful enough for my son to use for light gaming. I knew going in that this isn't a 'gaming computer' but thought it might be strong enough for light gaming. I'm sure it's fine for basic business or personal use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Built-in microphone is not working, I've followed every guideline, used Lenovo Vantage, checked all settings, downloaded all drivers... nothing works!!! the only reason I got the laptop was to be able to work from home and it turns out I can't teach my classes without an external microphone :( not happy about this
