Lenovo ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I tried a different brand dock but had issues with overheating. Then the IT guys at work recommended the Thinkpad dock. The Thinkpad dock works better for me because it can power all 3 of my 32 inch high def LED IPS screens.

The only thing annoying about the docking station, is the plug in cord for the computer is on one side it is was jn the middle on the backside it could reach either side without having to turn it upside down or around to swap sides make it work in tight places.

It's rock-solid, reliable, and performs exactly the way professional gear should. With a single USB-C connection, I'm able to run multiple external monitors, hardwire my network, connect peripherals, and charge my laptop—all without thinking twice.

It offers plenty of USB ports, so I don't have to swap out my legacy peripherals, and it even includes a USB-C port on the front for charging my phone or connecting modern devices. It's a perfect blend of functionality and convenience.

Ordered Docking station, one of the cables was missing. Sent an email to seller and they professionally and immediately replied back. They sent missing part/cable overnight. The follow up was great and fast! Very much appreciate prompt response from seller and addressing the issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This docking station works exactly as I expected it would. My main needs were to supply power to my laptop, connect my Epson V550 scanner, connect an external monitor, and provide additional USB ports. It is compact and attractive. No regrets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This USB-C Dock has a lot of functionality. Besides being able to view my ThinkPad laptop screen, I can view two other 23" monitors plus a 32" TV at the same time. Likewise, I can plug in additional Thumb drives and hard drives into the docking station. The only negative is that the additional monitors go "black screen" from time-to-time. When that happens, I turn the docking station off, then back on, and the monitors are viewable again, as they should be.

I received the product a week late. It was the wrong item, a previous generation. It was used, but repackaged in an effort to look original. This was an effort to scam me, a waste of my time, that has created additional work for me. I have received no for the waste of my time. I hope Walmart takes some enforcement action against the vendor.
