Login Facial Technology

Gene Veal April 15, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The login facial technology is amazing! Just turn thinkpad on and allow camera to see your face and your logged in! No frustrating time entering letters or numbers. Your face logs you in! Startup is very fast. The screen is really bright and clear. I recently retired from my company but wanted to continue using the Lenovo Thinkpad. So I bought this one and now have even easier access to my email and websites that I'll be using. Looking forward to working and using my new Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Titanium!

Great laptop!

CurlyJoe April 27, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a great little performer. It's thin, lightweight, and compact for easy travel. It also has a quality display. The sound quality is so-so but it gets the job done, good enough for me. The webcam has a convenient built-in black-out shade which is nice. I didn't realize it would be too thin for normal USB, this laptop only has USB-C. Time for me to join the modern world with my peripherals I suppose.

Second to none as a travel gadget

Marxu May 9, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the 11th i7 is finally here. It runs great with Xe GPU. I tested running the DaVinci Resolve 17 without any problem. The only thing I don't like is the fan noise under high pressure - not even really high just open a few windows. I have the high-end specs: 1180G/16G/1T. The weight and size are amazing! It feels much easier than holding my wife's 11inch iPad Pro with the smart keyboard cover. One thing you should be aware of if the 3:2 ratio. A lot of website are adopting the 16:9 even 16:10 design. When I browse these websites. contents at both ends won't show. I have to drag it to the extend screen - I use the ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock. I struggled between this one and the X1 Yoga Gen 6. I would think again after owning this one. If you are buying this one as a second laptop, you won't go wrong. Otherwise don't buy this one. The new designed pen is great - much better than the previous ones. It stays at the right edge of the screen.

Very thin and light machine

Vidyanshu April 24, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved machine a month ago. It is a very thin, light but very fast machine. The screen ratio is best for reading documents, not good for watching videos. Battery is good. However, sometimes I notice fan is on heavy duty without any applications running (not even in the background). It becomes noisy for short period of time. It does heat like other Lenovo machines unnecessary but within acceptable range. In comparison to its price, it is an average machine.

Overall a great computer--happy with purchase.

Seredni August 15, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Computer but screen started flickering when I was transferring cloud files. I restarted the computer twice and a popup came up asking me to download an update, which I did, and then hasn't had that problem again. Overall I am very happy. Actually really like the keyboard. Battery life is about half of what is stated.

Thinkpad X1 Titanium Yoga

Diane Stypolkowski September 19, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Thinkpad X1 Titanium Yoga. It is light, fast and I like the feel of the keyboard. The only improvement I would like to see is in the sound and the capability to enhance movie display to full screen without the black border appearing on the top and bottom of screen.

Light and Fast

IrvineShopper March 6, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this ThinkPad for travel because it's very light. Love touch screen too. I was hoping they offered 2TB since my current Lenovo has 2 TB. And you do have to get used to smaller screen (13"). But regardless, it's a very good laptop.

lightweight powerful computer

A A A A January 2, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The computer is lightweight. I have say that I bought the same model in summer and had to return it as it was heating up a lot. I tried my luck again a couple of month ago and had to wait till my customized computer has been shipped. This one seem to be ok in terms of temperature. I have been with Lenovo computers since they were IBM and my first computer served me 10 years and is still alive. I do love having a pen as I take a lot of hand written notes. I did know that because this computer is so thin there is no place to park a pen. The pen does go missing - the magnet is not strong to keep it in place. That is something that I will have to get used to and I wished there were better solution for that. Hence 4 stars and not 5. Other then that it is elegant, fast , thin, and fast Lenovo computer. Hope if will last.

Nice Unit but problems out of box

Capt Z January 31, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All is nice what I expected, but the sound card was faulty out of the box. I did purchase the onsite repair option and it is being taken care of, but quality seems to be an issue. This is the third Lenovo I have purchased and two of them have had issues out of the box!!! resolvable but still.

Nevermind...

I am also Not so happy March 3, 2022

Ordering online was so quick and easy. I received the computer which I was beginning to like. Then quickly found out the speakers were not working properly. Then while using the machine the screen started glitching. Brand new, should not be having ANY problems. It was so time consuming to get to customer service to file for a work order. When I finally got the correct department, I decided it was better to get a refund and go LOCAL.
