Good product overall. However, within 3 days of having owned it, I got a pop-up telling me to restart in order to install microphone and camera updates. Once I did that, the speakers no longer worked. I had to pay money for software support to troubleshoot and update speaker drivers. I had just bought this laptop and already I was shelling out money for support! Once the speakers were fixed, the audio port no longer worked with my IPhone earbuds. The tech said I would need to test it with something else, like external speakers, to determine if the laptop has a hardware issue. I haven't done that yet.
Also, I went to register the laptop online with Lenovo and their system said my serial number was invalid. After a lengthy hold waiting to speak with someone, i was told to send an email to the company, along with scanned copies of my receipt and the tag on my laptop that showed the serial number. That worked, but, again, Lenovo sells me a laptop with a serial number they don't even have in their system?! And then makes me do a bunch of extra work to prove I bought it?!
One last beef. The fingerprint Touch ID pad is almost useless. It reads my thumbprint maybe one time in 5. They have a lot they could learn from Apple, which gets it every time.
Other than that, I love the light weight and it's working just fine.
