I am not a gamer, I do not use this for editing, I use it for basic Office applications and listening to music, watching videos, etc. It has been extremely fast! Now, I know that seems kind of like a "duh" statement, but the last laptop I purchased from another manufacturer had similar specs and should have, by all mean, "wow-ed" me on the duh factor...and it highly disappointed me. This is the first Lenovo I purchased, and there was a significant deal when I purchased it. So far, so good (but like I said, it's only been a few months). I still hesitate to use it for more advanced stuff, because of my experience with the last laptop I used, but I love this laptop so far. I like trying new brands/types, and Lenovo impresses me so far!

First, let me say that I really like this Laptop, it is very quick and the screen is amazing, I spend a lot of time on the computer (Desktop), now laptop and no matter how long you sit in front of it, your eyes don't seem to get tired. This Laptop is good for business, students and the everyday internet surfer. I can't attest to gaming on it but it sure handles daily business very well and the battery lasts all day!!

I use it for gaming (GTA5, CS GO etc), coding, browsing etc. AMD Ryzen 7 + Radeon is a powerful combo. Have not experienced lags even after gaming for 5-6 hours regularly. Heat dissipation on this laptop is quite good, if I use it on a proper flat table, it remains cool. If I put this on a couch or a bed, understandably it gets warm as fan operation gets less effective. Screen brightness, keyboard and mouse are standard ThinkPad style and comfortable.

My last Lenovo was 12 years old and still going strong. Never any issues. That's why I chose Lenovo for my new laptop. Top notch quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Build quality is solid, keyboard is really nice to type on, decent selection of ports (would be better with thunderbolt). Lenovo Vantage software to control the max charge of the battery is nice. Cons: The biggest con is the screen. It is not very saturated, at only 45% NTSC, and you can tell it lacks vibrancy. If you are only using the laptop for work or school this might be fine, depending on your preferences, but if you want this laptop as an all round PC including watching movies, this could be a big disappointment. The battery life is average at best. The laptop is kinda chunky and heavy.

The speakers are okay, but not great, so use headphones. But for blender and other heavier tasks it just powers through and gets it done.
