Victor Hugo' classic brought to life
BBC did a fabulous job of bringing a very long, complex historical drama to life for the modern audience. Incredible , epic story that still thrills, but the book is too long for most!

WORTH WATCHING OVER AGAIN
This classic feature is well worth watching. The constant angst between the antagonist and the protagonist keeps you on the edge of your seat. The dvd 📀 itself was pristine.

pbs dvds slap happy
this pbs dvd was perfect in all ways, price, quality, etc. l will always use walmart. online first, to find my favorite pbs dvds. i have purchased many and have never been disappointed. thank you!!!

The best Les Miz ever!
This is the best adaptation of Les Miserables I've ever seen! And, I think I've seen them all. This is a must buy or at least a must see for any Les Miz fan. Actually, for anyone, for that matter. It's an extraordinary film but be prepared to cry. A lot! It'll break your heart but I think Victor Hugo would approve. Javert was outstanding! Valjean, Fantine, Cosette, Marius and everyone was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it. Bravo!

Great Movie
I love this movie in other versions and had to purchase this one. Saw it on PBS and fell in love with it too. Very well made, the characters are the same. Just loved the way they portrayed it in this version.
