Leslie Sansone - 4 Mile Power Walk [DVD]

Leslie Sansone is the greatest! Her workouts are very good and these new ones are even better. I definitely needed these new ones for change if nothing else, but, it is definitely a workout along with the other two that I purchased with this one. Keep up the GREAT workouts Leslie!

I have been doing Leslie Sansone Walk At Home videos for several years, and have worked my way up from 1 mile to the 4 and 5 mile work outs. This particular work out involves what she used to call "boosted walking" and now calls "power surges", and this video is basically interval training. It is not designed for a beginner, though the 2 Mile Classic Walk option would be good for someone moving from beginner to intermediate. This is a sweaty hard 60 minutes that really gets you fit. I have lost 70 pounds, and owe it all to Leslie Sansone and her economical positive videos. If you are looking for a video to move you from intermediate to advanced, or have reached a plateau in your fitness, I highly recommend this product!

Lots of fun, wish she would use new music in each mile but the intensity is great for walking video!

This is one of my favorites. You can do 4 miles or break it down to 2 different 2 mile walks. The classic mile is a little easier and the power 2 really gets your heart rate up. I have a bunch of Leslie's DVD and they are all good.

I've used her workouts for 9 years, and I LOVE these new moves. I'm 34, and I have 2 kids. I am in just as good of shape (possibly better) as I was at 14. Recently I was mistaken as my oldest son's sister, so I can vouch that it works - no pills or buying prepackaged foods is going do do it - GET UP AND MOVE!

We use this DVD with a group of residents at a 55+ community. We want low impact, calorie burning contents. Everyone felt this DVD met our needs-

I now have a collection of 6 workout DVDs of Leslie Sansone. Her workout instructions are easy to follow and depending on how much time you can spare to workout, her various DVDs can accommodate your needs. I only wish her newer DVDs would have incorporated her workout meter to let you know the measurement of time into the workout which appears on your screen as I found the meter motivational for myself.

Not sure what's happened with Leslie over the years, but she is totally out of sync with her walkers! She should listen to the music she's using in her dvd BEFORE taping! Its like she has no idea what's coming up next. She keeps switching her movements so fast, its not really a good workout because she jumps from one thing to the next with NO WARNING! Not really pleased with this dvd... just ok.

I love Leslie workout DVDs this one not so much because it's to much stopping after the first mike it pretty much goes down hill it was boring and the burst were not all that great . I prfer to stick with the original walk at home DVDs with a more fast steady pace.
