I have enjoyed Leslie Samson's Work out DVD's for years I love that she tells you when every mile ends it is not a strenuous workout but it does burn calories

Another great video from leslie. Ive been working out with her for over 10 years and she never dissapoints

I really love this tape. It gives me a great cardio workout plus strength training with the band. I can do one mile or 5.

This DVD contains one continuous presentation up to 5 miles, with each mile timed. A little different than I thought. The beat is to music rather than a beat as in her other walking DVDs.

Great walking program. Exercise band broke after a couple of uses but that can be replaced easily. It's a great workout and gives plenty of opportunity to increase your workout as you get stronger.

Not as good as her "Leslie Sansone: Walk It Off In 30 Days (DVD)" Gets confusing going from 1 Mile, to 2, to 3 and then Cool Down

Like doing these DVDs. It's easy enough that you can keep up and rigorous enough to get a good sweat!

I have 4 other Leslie Sansone's DVDs. I think there was an error with the sound on this one. It said with hit music. The music is very low - I don't even know what the music is - and her voice is louder than the other tapes I have. It's ok because it is her 5 mile DVD.
