being on a gLp1 medication I'm frequently battling chronic constipation. this product bring relief without cramping and bloating, but doesn't give me the urgency that makes me feel uncomfortable that i won't "make it" to the bathroom if I'm out and about. love it finally found something that works effectively for me without painful cramping. only drawback most times out of stock and have to order online and wait weeks for delivery.

I've been using this for a year! I was prescribed Linzess but my insurance won't cover it. Unfortunately I have to take two pills a day which makes the cost double but it is sure better than the $350 the Linzess would cost. I highly recommend.
