Let the Right One In

This is an excellent movie but that's not what these reviews are supposed to be about. The picture is crisp and clear. The sound, for some, may be a mixed bag but since it's a foreign language film that's to be expected. This version has the more popular theatrical language dub/sub titles. Not a lot of extras but enough for a film of this nature showing some of the production behind the scenes. All in all a well crafted Blu-ray disk. Highly recommended.

I have both Swedish & American version of movie if you can handle subtitles I like the Swedish one better. they both have scenes the other dos not..

This movie is engulfing! I had not heard of it, but was drawn into the world of this little girl and the boy she befriended. As the movie unfolds and the roles of the assumed "father" comes to light, you realize the horror of the life she has lead...and the direction that her new found "friendship" is headed! Simply hypnotic from the beginning until the end! And just when you think it's over, there is a little more that "finishes" the journey! I have watched both the original swedish version and the american version, is some ways, the swedish version is my favorite. Although both are magnetic and compelling. Admittedly, not for everyone, but for those that it "grabs"...you will not soon forget this movie!

This is an excelent movie with a new take on the vampire theme. Very few original ideals out there these days which makes this movie something special.

This is a really awesome movie and I would suggest it to everyone who likes vampire movies, just don't expect a lot of action.

I bought this because it had the "Theatrical Subtitles". 2 1/2 weeks later the movie arrives, but it's the one with the wrong subtitles even though it says "Theatrical Subtitles" in the description. I picked it up from the site to store area, and walk right to the return area.

The copy I received did NOT have the English Theatrical Subtitles as stated in the product description. The difference between the original "Theatrical Subtitles" and the version that omits the word "Theatrical" is huge!

This version does not have the correct subtitles - the marketing is wrong. This movie has been Re-released with the correct subtitles, but this is not it! The back of the corrected DVD will have the following: “SUBTITLES: ENGLISH (Theatrical), SPANISH.”
