Let's Do Organic Creamed Coconut, 7 Ounce

I follow Whole30 and I love the sweetness that this compliant coconut creme adds to my chia seed pudding and the occasional smoothie for breakfast. it is delicious! it is great in Thai dishes! It is difficult for me to find in stores so I am thrilled that I can buy it at JET>COM!

in looking at all the negative reviews here I think people have just ordered the wrong product when they ordered this product. If this is used as intended, it is excellent. It is not coconut cream like you buy in a can at the store. It is creamed coconut which is an entirely different product and if you search the net you will see the delineation. I found a recipe for making vegan conndensed milk and found this product mixed with a little vanilla and a liquid sweetener, such as agave or maple, and blended in a Vitamix is comprable to the sweetened condensed vegan product that you find on the Shelf. Again this product is a solid block when the temperature is below about 72 degrees( just like coconut oil) however if you put it in a warm place it will liquify. just thought I would mention this so that people would understand the use for which it was intended.

I thought this would be a pliable pouch of creamed coconut, with a pudding like form. Instead, it was a hard, solid block. I couldn't use it as intended. 2 stars for being organic.

I can't believe it as the BB date was 2 months ago for the item I ordered 2 days ago and arrived today!

Small size - 200 ml. Solid separated substance, by appearance, is not suitable for food.
