Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Evaporated Coconut Milk 13.5 fl oz

So, here is the thing about this coconut milk, "I love it". I used it to make curry chicken and being that I am allergic to cows milk this product brought home the flavor. Seriously, my chicken curry sauce was so smooth and had an amazing sweet flavor as well. I will DEFINATELY use this again.

This was my first time using this product. I used it in a pie. The pie was not as ‘thick' as the other pies I had made. (Same recipe, but they were made with regular evaporated milk on the same day). I even lowered the oven temperature by 30 degrees %26 cooked it an extra 30 minutes… I would try this item again, however, I would use a bit LESS of it when making a pie %26 still allow for the extra cooking time.

I bought because it appeared to be low in sodium but upon getting it I see it is 10 mg per 2 tbsp. per serving
