Lettia Coolmax No-Bow- Black- 14"

I've had these for 5 years and love them. Reordering now as they do get thin after many years and being used/washed several times a week. They are stiff at first but keep using them and they soften to wrap easily.

These are awesome! They keep the horses leg cooler, and they are pretty thick. I wish they had a little bit more thickness, as they do "pack down" under the wrap a little bit. They have a memory foam like material. The tags on the 4 I ordered were in the right place. They are easy to wrap over, and Pony Club approved! Worth the extra, what.. $5? When I got one, some of the stitching was starting to come undone along the bottom, but I assume that was a factory mistake, so I just redid that.

I bought these earlier this month and am very pleased with the quality. They wash nicely and keep their shape. They are just the right size, not too tall or too short. I would definitely buy them again.

Love these wraps. As other reviewers have mentioned, they take a little getting used to in that they slide around more than some other wraps during the wrapping process. I found it to be a small price to pay. The combination of Coolmax and no-bow features makes these a winner. They also wash well.

I really like the material and construction of these wraps, but I found that they weren't quite long enough in length. I like my no-bows to make 2-3 "loops" around my horses' legs, and these were long enough for barely 2 loops around my Thoroughbred's hind legs. Otherwise, I liked everything else about them and will just be saving these for my horses' front legs.

These wraps are pretty nice, but I have other no-bow wraps that are much easier to wrap. The cooling material on the inside does not grip as well as the normal material. They are also not particularly thick or cushiony, but they do the job.

I like the fact that they have a cooler lining, but mine came with the tag sewn onto the liner (blue) material, which I assume is a mistake at the factory. I just removed the tag though. Could have been a liitle bit thicker, but I'm always looking for more fluff.

My horse sweats like crazy so I'm always looking for things that have CoolMax lining or anything to keep him comfortable. Bought these wraps and while they certainly do keep his legs nice and cool, which is a huge plus, they are very annoying to wrap. The material is very stiff compared to most wraps and I have a hard time getting them to get snug on the leg before adding the bandage wraps, which ends with either the wrap bunching or sliding way down the leg, or both. Once they're on they're great, don't slide, but I have to spend 2 to 3 times as much times getting them on as regular no-bows.

They are nice cool wraps that do tend to generate less heat than other types of standing bandages. These are not really thick enough to be what I would consider a great no-bow bandage.

I have been using these for about a month. I am unimpressed with the cooling feature which appears to consist of woven polyester on the inside as opposed to the fleece outer fabric, which should hold less heat but is nothing special. The wraps are well-padded. The fleece outer fabric holds every piece of hay or shavings it can find and has to be brushed after each use. Not worth the extra price.
