Very easy to setup and easy to invite people to use. The main reason I even bought this was that it looks just like a normal deadbolt
Great dead bolt lock! Not the newest version, but works as advertised.
I would have preferred a different color, but otherwise it is a very functional and minimalist looking Smart Lock. For $25 with $150 off, it was totally worth the money.
Easy installation and a breeze to setup on the app. 100% recommend!
It was a bit challenging to install and even more difficult to pair with the app in my phone. The Bluetooth-enabled auto-unlock feature does not work about 25% of the time.
The lock itself works great. But the page description really needs to emphasize the need for additional equipment (a Level plug in hub) that costs additional money in order to work with Alexa. In the end, I ended up spending the money for the hub and am very happy with the lock. Some reviews mention concern about the strength of the bolt. But it has passed ANSI tests. Also, I live in a low crime area and am not overly concerned with the possibility of violent entry.
The description was very misleading. The product sold in the website seemed to be like the new model, even the pictures were identical to the pictures from the new model on the vendor official website. However, the model is very outdated and probably very overpriced. Then, returning the product requires me to drive to the nearest Walmart store which is 25 minutes away from me. Ridicules
I'm really good at technology. My entire house is connected to alexa google and apple. This was professionally installed but malfunctions almost every time. Could be a great product, this model is just not.
It doesn't fit my standard door- the hole the dreadbolt goes in to isn't deep enough and the calibrate isn't working to fix the issue. It ishould be straight forward but issues are difficult to solve.
Walmart help chat takes you on a look until it finally says it can't help you and directs your to the customer service number. I called the number and the woman there there said I needed to call customer service. She said to keep trying the same number until you reach someone. Although Walmart comes here several times a week, the agent said they wouldn't pick up a return,. The app says the only option is to return it to the store.
