[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most ingenious design (like they say the quality of an Apple product). I can see Level out a lot of thought into designing the lock. No one even knows we have a smart lock installed. So many feature to choose from manual key, card key phone, auto open/close etc. Install and smart home integration was seamless for me. I have so much more to say, but will leave others room for thought.

Compared to all other automated locks on the market (and I have used a few of them), Level Lock far surpasses them all. It is simply the best and most intelligent design, period. I have many Level Locks installed throughout my home and they all work wonderfully. The ease of installation and simplicity of use is just amazing.

This is the lowest profile smart lock that looks and works like a norrmal deadbolt but adds smart functionality! The design is unique in that the battery fits inside the bolt making it look just like a normal lock. I use it a great deal with Apple homekit making it easy to unlock with my voice and iphone or apple watch! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how small and out of the way the lock is. I only use touch to lock and use the app to unlock. It takes more time than I would like to unlock the door through the app and sometimes it just doesn't respond. That is an annoyance however when/if HomeKey is enabled I am hoping the response times will be much better and this review is going to be updated to a 5 start...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock looks great but touch to unlock is unreliable and needing to pull out keys defeats the purpose of buying an expensive lock. The tradeoff of bluetooth over wifi to save energy means the lock status can only be known or updated if you're near the lock, which again, defeats the purpose of a smart lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Touch feature is random at best. I have set, reset, uninstalled and all of the other things suggested but it is still under 50% effective. I hve a lot of other ways to open the same lock, so it is not a disaster, but it is not the convenient and hardy device I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so convenient, I just wish the hotel style keys or the touch to unlock features worked more reliably. Sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes 3-5s, sometimes it just won't work. But for a smart lock that's stealthy, and touch to lock feature alone, it's worth it.

The 3rd party vendor sent the wrong color lock. They sent black instead of polished brass. They made it seem complicated to return or exchange it, so I didn't bother trying to get it replaced with the correct color. .Walmart's customer service however was great about returning it.

Bought this and installed it, and it was broken within 5 hours.. once installed, the hardware made the included battery really hot and drained it completely, bought new batteries and it did the same thing. Reached out to the seller on multiple occasions both by email and tried their phone number listed and I got no answer. I am returning the product.
