[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this lock immediately after installing it on my front door and gate. It looks like a ordinary lock but can be opened remotely with my phone. It is extremely useful especially when I have groceries in my hands. The Bluetooth function allows the door to unlock by itself when in closed proximity. I also like how I can lock and unlock the door by touching the lock. It's a very useful feature as I do not need to take out my phone nor do I need to use my keys when I leave the house. Just a simple touch on the lock and it'll do its job. Will be ordering another one for my back door soon.

This smart device has eliminated the additional stress of trying to find my keys amidst the balance act of diaper bags/groceries/purse and baby carrying.

Great amazing value with the InHome $150 off discount. I have not had the opportunity to set it up yet but it said that it was open box; but I received a brand new item still in the cellophane. Incredible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was very easy to install and set up. I love that I no longer have to fumble for my keys to lock and unlock the door. The key are works great and I'm able to keep it in my wallet to unlock the door. It doesn't look like a smart lock which is great too! I to can set access to other people for certain days and times. So no more having to worry about give the neighbors a key when we go out of town.

Instructions are simple and clear I had to extend my deadbolt which was super simple and such a nice feature I can appreciate the simple things. They keycards work flawlessly. The keys obviously work and I have some issues with the touch but I'm sure that's on me. The app is easy to navigate and add permissions to the lock. You can also lock and unlock from the app. Really a nice product!

This is a fabulous invention! It is so nice to not have to look for keys especially when I am bringing things into the house such as groceries.. We plan on getting more for other doors in our house. It took me a bit to figure out how to set it up and operate, but once all the kinks were ironed out, it works great. You can set it to open by touch if you have your phone or watch within range, by key or key card, by using the app on your phone, or with the keypad (which you can hide somewhere away from the lock.) You can also set it up with Google home and Alexa, but I haven't really bothered with those just yet. It was relatively easy to install, and the instructions were pretty short and to the point. If you set it up with Google home, make sure you use the primary user as the default user in the level app or it won't pair. Unlike my previous smart lock, this one is super easy to change the battery on, which is a huge plus in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Level Lock - Touch in my front door. It was not as quick and easy as stated, as I needed to chisel out the space the deadbolt slides into as it wasn't the full inch on my current door which was causing an error when it locked. It does look like a normal deadbolt, which is really nice for security purposes. The touch feature only works sometimes, I have found even with my location always in sometimes I need to open the app to use the touch to open feature, which negated the ease of not digging my keys out. Overall I am hoping it works a bit better over time, but we will see!

It is really good looking but performance has been disappointing, to be honest. Touch seems to be touchy when unlocking so we switched to open upon approach and the timing of that works great sometimes and others has you waiting and touching and sometimes reaching for a key to open. Also, we've already replaced a battery, much quicker than expected.

The 3rd party vendor sent the wrong color lock. They sent black instead of polished brass. They made it seem complicated to return or exchange it, so I didn't bother trying to get it replaced with the correct color. .Walmart's customer service however was great about returning it.
