Levi's Men's 517 Bootcut Jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these jeans. 7 belt loops instead of the usual 5. Not that you have to wear a belt, because the way these fit doesn't necessarily require it. I really like the wider leg opening that comes with the 517. Rinse is the best wash because it fades over time really nicely and is a nice heavier weight denim. Overall a great pair of jeans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 517 Bootcut jeans for a guy who is 31x34 and always very hard to find his size. This is the only jean that really fits his shape and are the most comfortable. He's a mechanic and can actually work in these. I would highly recommend this jean. He won't wear anything else!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nice quality look that feels durable. This dark blue color way it a hard firm material (i like it). These are not stretchy at all, but because of that keep their shape. Order a size bigger than normal size because of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 517 fits at the natural waist, and the leg drops straight from the hip before widening from the knee down. The perfect wide leg silhouette, in my opinion. My size in women's is a 2, or a 27 x 32. In this cut it's a 29x32, or 34” for a cuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 517 are my favorite jeans. My order included another (washed) that was not so well constructed as the dark blue. Sewing details not as good. Same opinion to my truck driver jacket. Collar tips with some kind of shrinkage, pointing up. Will wear them anyway. Just for your knowledge. It helps to pay attention to details, your company in bus + 100 years...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, you should know I'm a 5'1" curvy/hourglass shaped woman (I'm not overweight, but I do have a waist and hips). I wanted to try these jeans because of the CBK 90's trend. I normally wear a 26 or 27 waist in women's jeans, so I thought the 28 waist (smallest available) would be ok. Nope. Couldn't even pull them over my thighs! Then I exchanged for the 29. Still no go. After that I gave up. So if you're female and have shape and want to try the style, just know that it'll be tough finding the right size, so try to find them in store if you can (they're not available at my nearby stores, which is surprising given the popularity of this style).

They had a crisp line down the front from being folded. No big deal. When he pulled them out of the dryer-the line was now lighter then the jeans-like it had been sun faded. I suggested he iron the other pair before washing. He did. And they came out fine. I would have sent them back but he is married to the 517's and didn't care enough to be bothered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really sad. Been Levi person over 50 years. First ordered 517 ended up being stretch, hate stretch. Sent back. Got coupon but not any good on 517. Wife ordered pair for me for Christmas. Easy 34-34 pair even marked on jeans as such. Guess what -- when measured, they turned out to be 34-36. So will once again have to send them back. Unfortunately, .because stores do not sell 517. Bummed
