I love this brand of keto buns and bread. I've tried different brands but this one has the best taste. These buns really taste so much like regular buns. One thing I love is that you get a four pack of buns instead of the normal eight. It's only me and my husband and this package is perfect for us. I usually end up throwing some buns away because we don't use them fast enough so this way there's no waste. This is the only brand of keto buns I'll buy

The Lewis Bake Shop Better Way Keto White Burger Buns, 7.5 oz, 4 Count are some of the best Keto / Low Carb buns that I have tried. They have a great texture, and didn't taste like cardboard. Great out of the pack, but pricy at only 4 buns. The buns themselves are soft, a little to soft to hold up well to heavy sauces. Yet thus far these are the best Keto buns I've had.

After the first bite I had to run to the package to make sure these were actually keto. My immediate thought was they were out of the keto version and replaced with normal buns. Nope! It was Keto and my mind is blown! I've tried many over the years and this one is it!! No weird taste or texture!

I am so happy that we found this product at Walmart. My daughter-in-law who is on a keto program told me about the brand. What a good product. My husband loves it and I have bought the hamburger and hot dog buns as well as the bread. Great product and better pricing than other stores.

This bread is soft and moist and stays like that for a very extended time without getting moldy unrefrigerated, which is remarkable to me. Great flavor. The only thing is it's cost. A little pricey. If you are watching your carbs, good choice! Or not, still a good choice.

As far as keto buns go, this one is okay. I don't give it 5 stars ⭐️ as it seems to go bad faster than others I've tried. I'm not a big bread eater so I need a decent shelf life. It tastes almost like a regular bun, so I'll give them that. It is nice and soft, but tearing them apart to separate the buns can be tricky as one has to be careful since they're so soft. I usually don't have a real problem with that, but thought I'd mention it. They're not as large as some regular buns, just so you know… (my vegan chicken patties hang over the edges) This is always my second choice in keto buns, but it's a decent option.

I received these as a substitution for the sour dough buns from Lewis. Upon reading the ingredients of the white bread buns I saw its made with seed oils. The Sour dough is not, they use avocado oil for those. You'd think they'd be consistent wit the ingredients. The Lewis sour dough hamburger buns are great. These are not.

I don't really know how 'keto' these are. I eat these with hamburgers but haven't been losing much despite low calorie and intermittent fasting. Today though I found black numbers printed on the bottom of a bun. Can't imagine what these are but I'm guessing there shouldn't be black letters on my food. See image attached!

I've purchased quite a few packs of these hamburger buns over the last few months and all of them have been very low quality. When you take them out the pack the top crust of the bun just breaks off like very stale bread or the bread is very hard on the edges. It's obvious they have been frozen for much longer than they should have been before making it to the shelf.
