I really enjoyed trying the Lewis Bake Shop's Brioche Buns, made with real butter. They are delicious alone, or popped into the air fryer with a bit of cheese, or deli meat. Great for a light snack between meals, or maybe sliders. I really enjoyed these buns!
The Lewis Bake Shop Brioche Dinner Rolls took me by surprise. They are very soft and fluffy. Buttery with the perfect of chew. I love these! I didn't know about the brand at all but now I will definitely be on the lookout because they are perfect. My only concern was that the bread wasn't expired, but it had already began to mold. This was spotted on the pieces that were closer to the bottom of the pack. That's unfortunate.
Lewis Bake Shop's Brioche Dinner Rolls are fresh, soft, and sweet. I feel like I can use these rolls in so many different ways. The sweet and buttery flavor would pair well with everything. I wanted to see how well mine would bake in the oven. The outside crusted to perfection, while the inside was warm and soft. The perfect dinner roll to pair with the roast I made. The rolls were the first to go during dinner. Definitely need to get my hands on some more, my family loved them. I am so excited and going to make swiss and ham sliders next! I most definitely recommend!
PROS: This is very good-tasting bread. Consistency is adequate; roll holds up well to being buttered with cold butter. I like the packaging as well as the cardboard box keeps the rolls from getting smushed. CONS: Could be less airy; unable to cut with a knife as the roll squishes together, but you can pull it apart well enough. The cost is rather high for what amounts to flour and yeast.
These rolls was soft and good butter flavor if u don't like to brush butter on top after And I did warm mine up the way it say and even have the auto oven cut off whe timer go off and the oven stays hot and I forgot to take them out and but even with that the crunchy on the outside, they were still super soft on the inside with over cooking a little bit Definitely gonna be my go to dinner rolls for holiday meals no more brown and serve rolls by any means
These rolls are very impressive! They are super soft and buttery. The rolls taste so fresh and have a wonderful taste. I made sliders with them last night and everyone loved them! I will be looking for them in store!
I am constantly looking for ways to make holiday entertaining easier. I was so excited to receive Lewis Bake Shop Brioche Dinner Rolls complimentary in exchange for my honest review. The package comes with a dozen buttery brioche rolls ready to serve. These dinner rolls are moist and lightly sweet with a rich butter taste. With a slightly dense texture, these brioche rolls tear apart easily and hold butter and other toppings well. Perfect for that holiday feast, these dinner rolls are affordable for any budget. I also served sliders with these rolls, and everyone enjoyed the sweet, butter taste of the rolls with the savory meat.
I received a free sample of Lewis bake shop Brioche buns as a free sample from home tester's club. Thank goodness I didn't waste my money on these as they were moldy. I was so disappointed as they looked delicious. I couldn't find an expiration date on the package so I have no clue how old the buns are.
I'm really disappointed in the fact that when I received the rolls, they were already moldy! They were green near the bottom and I'm sad I didn't even get to try them. The packaging was a bit ripped so that's probably why. They looked good though..
Received these rolls to test out but when I opened the package there was already mold growing on the rolls. They seem to be packed tightly but they might not have been properly sealed.
