Lewis Bake Shop Healthy Life Whole Wheat Bread, 16 oz

I make toast in the morning and it toasts up real nice. I make a sandwich in the afternoon and it has a good mouth feel. I've tried a lot of Keto bread and this is my favorite one. It doesn't cost too much and the taste is good. I have bought 2 loaves every week for the last couple months and I have always been happy with the taste and mouth feel.

Lewis has literally helped me live longer. My low-salt diet limits the milligrams of daily sodium. Most breads would only allow one slice of bread daily, but with this bread, i can have two slice daily for a sandwich. The flavor of tjis high fiber wheat is wonderful. we also like their honey wheat bread.

You can have a whole sandwich , two slices of bread , and not feel guilty ! Two slices equal the calories of one regular slice of bread . Even better they are whole grain and plenty of fiber from oat bran 👍 The slices are soft and make great sandwiches without the guilty conscience 😊

I've been buying only 35 calorie per slice bread for a couple of years now, %26 this is my second favorite one. My very favorite is the same brand in Honey Wheat, but the Whole Wheat is the only bread I will allow for a substitution!

I buy low-carb bread most of the time. Other brands cost close to $6.00 per loaf, and don't taste nearly as good as this bread. I love Lewis bread, both full and half loaves. They're good quality for a much lower price.

For a low carb bread, it is better than most. It seems to have the right balance of taste and low carb. I have been using for years. I don't care for the Keto bread so much.

The Lewis whole wheat bread has a good taste while offering a healthier choice for diabetics and those challenged with their weight. It is decently priced for a healthy food choice.

Love the Health Life line of bread. Help me control my carbs. The taste is perfect and it is nice and soft. I wish there were some additional varieties other than whole wheat and white.

although this is a good tasting item, almost every time I purchase it, it has large holes in at least 3 or 4 slices. This particular purchase the slices were extremely misshapen.
