Lewis Bake Shop Soft White Half Loaf Bread, 1/2 Loaf, 12 oz

It's about time that a company finally makes 1/2 loaf of bread for us single people. I have suggested it a long time ago at a few grocery stores with no response. So tired of stale bread from refrigerator or bread that gets moldy. It's very fresh and good taste to it. Very happy with this brand of bread.

This bread came in a box, when opened it was soft as can be. I would consider this just the right size loaf sor single people or the elderly like me. When I opened the loaf to use the bread was a generous size. It worked well as toast or sandwiches. I was able to use it within a week, so it did not go bad. This bread was very delicious. I would personally recommend this to anyone.

It's a waste for me to buy a whole loaf of bread. Before the loaf is finished, the bread is hard and lost flavor. I would rather buy several half loaves, freezing them , using as needed. This Lewis Bake Shop half loaf bread stays fresh and soft til the end of the loaf. For me, that's about a week.

Very fresh bread and a good taste.I normally never would buy a half loaf but this was so soft I had to try it.I had also purchased my normal large loaf so did not try this for almost a week.It stayed fresh and soft and did not mold.I actually was just adding butter and eating it.Lobe soft bread and this was a winner.I bought other flavors as well.I would like a full loaf but only find half and for 2 loafs it's a bit more money.Since Lewis bread is so soft I will continue buying though.Also will see how it lasts when summer heat is around.I won't eat bread from a fridge so need a shelf stable lasting bread in summer humid days.

The day the package arrived I was out of town so I was 2 days late even opening it. The next day it lunch I came home from work and made a bologna mayo cheese sandwich and could feel how very soft the bead was while applying the mayo but it didn't push flat when touching it... Excellent flavor melts in your mouth with a very slight sweet tDte but nowhere near as sweet as Hawaiian bread.

This Lewis 1/2 Loaf of Bread is the BEST! It's the Perfect Size loaf for me being single and not using bread that often so it doesn't have time to go bad before I can use it up %26 waste 1/2 the Loaf! It tastes wonderful, is nice %26 Soft and Toasts up Very well. I am SO GLAD I found this Lewis Brand of Bread %26 decided to give it a Try! I think I'm going to Try the Sourdough Bread next ! I Bet it's every bit as Good as their Regular White Bread! They also have Several different Types of breads to choose from which is Great! THANKS LEWIS BRAND for Making 1/2 Loaves of Bread!! It's About Time someone Did this for Single People or Families that Don't eat that much Bread!

BEST retail Bread I ever had, ...been eating breads for over 60 years and they all have lost their taste due to cost savings and just poor quality recipes.....NOT Lewis's Soft White,...Taste's like Bread Used to taste like in the 1950's to early 1970's

I had never seen this brand so decided to give it a try! I'm really happy I decided to cause now this is my new fave soft no sugar and the crust that I usually take off stayed on because it was also soft not hard like all the other brands! I also like the price!!

I tried Lewis Bread and really enjoyed it! The bread was soft, fresh, and had a great taste. It stayed fresh for days and worked perfectly for sandwiches and toast. I also like that it's light but still filling. Definitely one of the better bread brands I've bought. I would recommend it to anyone looking for soft, good-quality bread.

I've been a loyal buyer of Lewis Bake Shop breads, it's usually our go to product so I was excited to get a chance to try this one out. But unfortunately there's no expiration date on the product so I will not be able to try it since I'm unsure of if it is expired or not.
