Lew's Mr. Crappie Crush'r Spinning Rod & Reel Combo

For under 30 dollars you would be hard pressed to find a better combo that is ready to go right out of the box. Just tied on a trout magnet hook and lure, and hopefully take her for a spin tomorrow if it cools off (over 90 degrees today in NJ). Fish get lazy in the heat, as do I. But I do recommend this pole for child, or adult. I'm 49 and this is the pole I'll be using for ultra lite fishing

purchased this rod for my husband's christmas. this is the 3rd one we have bought. my son wanted 1 for his birthday and then another for christmas. they both are "serious fishermen" and love using this rod. it is easy to set the drag and has a very comfortable feel

Picked this up as a gift for my boyfriend who loves fishing. The end of the rod is bright enough for his night trips and for the price you can't beat the quality.

I ordered 2 as christmas gifts. I liked the look and sensitivity of the rod so much and it is by Lew's. I went and bought one for myself. Ready to use it!!

Bought as a specific request of a spinning rod for little grand son. The colors are vibrant and it comes with fishing line on the reel. He loves it! It is a little longer than I thought but still pleased with the purchase.

Very light rod. Excellent at catching crappie and other panfish. They could use better line for this rod combo. Line gets tangled a lot and does not do good with wind. But other than that it's a great rod.

I love it. the flexibility, the sturdyness. could have told me it was only ye' tall but I still think it's a great rod and reel combo

The product spec is ambiguous - without mentioning the rod length - thought 7' checked with Walmart assistant before ordering and confirmed but when received it was a 5'8'' or 5'6'' rod and overall quality was not acceptable returned immediately so no comments on usage parts

This fishing pole line is Garbage. I recommend you to get a good clear mono line to replace the line that comes with the pole.
