I've been happy with the quality of the Apollo Series from Hearing Help for several years. The transition to the Lexie Lumen has been a seamless upgrade! The sound quality seems to have been improved along with additional settings. Thank you for improving my quality of life as well as those around me. I'll continue to recommend my hearing aids to friends & family.

I am happy with my purchase. I have never worn hearing aids before. The sticker price shock for the hearing aids from an audiologist was palpable. To me going an alternate route was a no brainer. A few of my relatives suggested these OTC ones and the price point was acceptable. The only complaint I have is in a crowded restaurant I can hear everything except for the person that I am trying to hold a conversation with. I don't know if that is normal or not as this is my first pair of hearing aids ever. I am still playing around with some settings. My intent is to upgrade to the top tier hearing aid offered by Lexie. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
They help me a lot, especially seem to improve my tinnitus. I can hear in a loud room again. They are comfortable to wear for the most part even with my glasses on. For the price you cant beat it.

I ordered these replace the original Bose heating aids before the became Lexie. The Lexing are bigger and more clunky than the Bose they are just too big. And the case is too small to accommodate the hearing aids comfortably. The little extra tail usually sticks out of the case and hasn't be pushed back in. Functionally they are just ok.
The instructions are clear and the items that come with this are extremely helpful such as the ton of extra batteries, domes for fitting in the ears, case, salt container for absorbing moisture, sizeable tubes to customize the fit with clear instructions too. The app even has a hearing test which is fantastic for customizing them to your hearing. However, all extras don't replace the product not working after the 2nd day. It's nothing on my end or something I'm doing wrong either. I bought these as a Christmas gift because I wanted my Mom to hear better. She had been struggling for so long and I was so excited to give them to her. I spent hours scouring different companies, different manufacturers, and I really honestly believe that this is company is best way to go, and thought something like this wouldn't happen especially since I put so much time into the research.
Unfortunately, these hearing aids had noisy feedback from the start. The feedback only went away when we turned the volume down to a level that was too low to be helpful and, even then, it occasionally reappeared. I have worn hearing aids for 11 years, and I've never had that issue.
