Lexmark CX431adw Wireless Color All-in-One Laser Printer (40N9370)

It does everything we needed to do and the print quality is excellent. This is our fourth Lexmark printer.

I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. I've only had the printer for a short time and so far it works great.The reason I thought about 4 stars is that the setup was not easy. I had to call the Lexmark tech support team twice (they were great). The reason i had to call the first time is because when i went to download the drivers the Lexmark website thought I was on Windows 10 and it only showed drivers for Windows 10 and none for Windows 11. The tech support showed me the correct link and which driver to choose. He also helped me set the default to double sided, showed me how to scan and other printer options I wanted. The second time was for other setup issues. Once it is setup it prints fast and I love the auto-duplex feature which my previous printer did not have.

My employer has several large sized Lexmark printers, so I am familiar with the menus, speed, and even common problems that we encounter (although not that many!). So I decided to see if they made any for home use and I found this little workhorse. It prints fast, with great quality (better than an inkjet), and I love the options to add on paper trays, and that I have a choice of regular or extended life toner cartridges. The extended ones are expensive, but the starter one that came with this one still has a while to go before needing to be replaced. I think it's fairly priced but certainly look for a deal if you can find one. Highly recommended!

Easy to setup and configure to office work. Print quality is amazing, especially color print jobs.

WARNING : I ordered this color Laser Printer with the listing stating it was SELLING the entire Lexmark Printer with a huge savings.. This was false, what I received was part of this Printer, NOT THE PRINTER. This is false advertising and this listing needs re-written. This is being sold from a 3rd party seller, but I was able to return to a local Walmart the same day it was received.

Not as sturdy and neat as it looks not easy to use, absolutely not good to small office, my be household printer not for any busy work.
