Very decent printer with lot of connection options
I was able to connect it to my home network with no problems I did not try Lexmark mobile app I like it because i did not want to use WiFi and this printer allows direct network cable hookup

VERY USER-UNFRIENDLY SETUP. EXCELLENT TECH SUPPORT PERSON
I am quite tech savvy but not to the level of an expert in Windows O.S.. I have to admit I would not have been able to set up this printer without a tech support person using Team Viewer type of remote support. I have set up Lexmark E232 printers over the years on multiple PCs in the past. No problem. This one requires configuration of printer ports, renaming existing ports and deleting others. etc. It should be more user-friendly. The tech support person was excellent and helpful. The printer LED menu is very confusing and makes no sense.

Its fast if you can get it to work.
Its hard to get my computer to recognize the printer because it doesn't come with drivers or at least ones that work with my computer.

Disappointed.
When I bought this printer same brand like the one I had Lexmark 5650 I tought that I could get copies and scan documents, but no, this is only a printer.

ERROR CODES
I cannot get the printer software to work on our computer. Very Frustrating and time-consuming. I cannot tell you if the printer works or supplies our needs due to not being able to use it.

Absolute nightmare printer!!!
Despite claims that this is a wifi printer It n disconnects frequently and then fails to reconnect. Not even reenstalling the app has worked this time. And to think I thought the very basic of basic setting screens was an annoyance. Tempted to chuck it through the nearest window. Never again will I buy a Lexmark. Not fit for purpose!!!!!!
