This wiring harness is needed for my amplified car and this was the cheapest I could find anywhere online.

Allows you to use factory amp
Pretty self explanatory. If you want to retain the steering wheel controls you will need an additional unit

Wasn't meant to be for I.
Actually I returned this because I was misinformed by multiple salesman that I had to have this for my DP head unit that I also returned. This item is only if you want to retain the factory amplifier that is ok but not great in my car by JBL. I have a custom system with two amplifiers in the trunk. So this wasn't necessary at all. Paid by debit card and annoying thing about Walmart system doesn't give you cash back .

Almost got everything to work, steering wheel controls and some of the options on my radio are t available.

Works but expensive for wires.
Works perfectly, but only complaint is high cost. I paid $46 for a few wires and a proprietary connector. And this was the cheapest I could find online. I find that cost really annoying. But it installed on my 2004 4Runner and connected to my double din Pioneer head unit just fine.

Poor brand choice. Do PAC
This is a poor brand, they create garbage. If you're looking for a steering wheel interface, and a Prius audio converter in all in one buy the PAC converter.
